The Extraordinary General Meeting of ERWE Immobilien AG took place as a virtual General Meeting on 20 November 2020 at 10.00 a.m. within the meaning of Art. 2 § 1 of the "Act to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID 19 Pandemic in Civil, Insolvency and Criminal Procedure Law" (BGBI / 2020, p. 569), i.e. without the physical presence of the shareholders and their proxies.

The entire Extraordinary General Meeting was broadcast live on the internet exclusively for duly registered shareholders or their proxies.
